I'm thrilled to be certified in TRX Suspension Training.  The TRX is one of the most exciting fitness tools I have ever used.  Suspension Training is a simple, but powerful, form of exercise which utilizes your own body weight to challenge every muscle in the body. And you won't believe the core strength you'll develop!  The TRX is portable too, so you can take it with you wherever you go.  

I have trained clients ages 16 to 74 on the TRX.  It's wonderful for all fitness levels and all bodies!
